Do you feel alone in your relationship?

Are you and your partner constantly arguing with no real resolutions and it feels like déjà vu every time?

Are you trying to process infidelity and not sure what the next step is? Are you avoiding difficult conversations that might end the relationship or cause more problems?

Are you longing for a better connection with your partner?

Do you feel like you have lost your spark or desire for intimacy?

Intimacy includes our emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical intimacy. Tending to all of these builds the foundation of friendship that can increase our desire for our partner.

You are not the only one.

These are common issues, and YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

As a mental health therapist, I can help you by focusing on solutions and how YOU want your relationship to be different and be better.

I create a safe space to explore where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to be.

Areas of focus

I use a solution-focused approach to mental health therapy and work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Before my career in mental health counseling, I worked as a social worker advocating for the best interest of children in foster care. I was drawn to counseling because it allows me to help clients make the changes they want to see in their lives.

I help couples discover how they can make small changes in their interactions that change the negative patterns they have developed. I help families learn that each person is important in the family system, and everyone can do something different that creates change and growth in the family.

Who I am out of the office

I love spending time with my family, especially my nieces and nephews. I have always called Southeast Texas home, and I love being involved and serving in this great community in different ways. I enjoy different hobbies based on the season.

Change requires you to take the first step.

You can make an impact in your relationships by doing something different. Let me help you take those first steps toward change.
